add optional support for attr_list extension in mkdocs

This is limited to direct attribute support as it will be included
in the <img> tag directly:
{ align="right" class="something" }
becomes:
<img align="right" class="something" />

You cannot use:
{: .class}
as this becomes:
<img : .class />
