goal: design a function to extract information that users need from different files then create a new file.

task_2

goal: figure out how many baseball player’s batting performance is better than top 20% of fast-pitch softball performance.

goal: Given the assumption that all data of one player is inputted wrongly, my job is to find and create a new file with new data.
