Uses the global logger and setting the
minSeveritychanges the globalminSeverity.What is the new behavior?
Use a local logger.
Additional context
Also, re-add the
setLevelfunction. I hadn't realized that was accessible from outside. I'm not sure the way I've implemented it does what's intended though.
