Adds a local compare command for checking a private oracle font against acquired open-font candidates.
The command keeps downloads, oracle paths, and results out of git: it reads from the ignored source cache and prints a ranked Latin advance-width table to stdout. This gives maintainers a repeatable way to evaluate new fallback leads without publishing raw source archives or analysis output.
