• Query.start() scheduled tick() before checking for an existing promise, so getter reads scheduled rendering work despite request deduplication.
• Preserve shared instances from #15779 and navigation reset/start ordering from #16014; removing delayed initialization still leaves same-page refreshes stale.
• Check promise presence with untrack before scheduling, retaining the delayed recheck and Svelte's per-fork/batch state rather than introducing a permanent started flag.
• Cover all seven accessors for ordinary/batched queries, hydrated and pending reads, failed SSR seeds, explicit refresh, navigation resets and committed/discarded preload forks.
