注意三拼此處用的是 ~，和原方案用 f 不同（因為 f 在三拼是用作輸入碼的

此處我不太確定省略掉好不好，因為切拼和切拼三拼的輸入碼用到的鍵並不一樣【雖然切拼方案也列了同樣的 26 鍵，但它並沒有完全用上（比如 x 鍵）

注意本方案粵拼前綴是 ~ 不是 f（以及我忘了加開頭 ^ 的限制，這個的確可以修正）
