research.account currently carries organization balance, credits, and API-key operations under /api/v1, even though these are platform account surfaces rather than Research resources.
Decide and document the target SynthClient().account API, migration window, and ownership boundary. Do not add new platform endpoints under research.account while this is unresolved.
Acceptance criteria:
- target namespace and typed contracts are approved
- route/transport ownership is explicit
- compatibility and removal timeline for
research.account is documented
- docs and examples use the chosen platform namespace
