The iframe used to be created anew every time a print is launched, thus leading to old iframes staying there forever. With this little change, every time a new iframe for printing is created, the previous one is removed.

The iframe used to be created anew every time a print is launched, thus leading to old iframes staying there forever. With this little change, every time a new iframe for printing is created, the previous one is removed.
The change looks minor so I only upgraded the version numer from 0.3 to 0.3.1.
