이번 풀 리퀘스트에서는 StudyApplicantCard 컴포넌트에서 체크 완료 표시(CheckCircle)를 렌더링할 때, 기존의 isChecked 조건에 추가로 canCheck 여부를 함께 검사하도록 수정하였습니다. 이를 통해 체크가 가능한 상태에서만 체크 표시가 나타나도록 제어합니다. 제공된 리뷰 코멘트가 없으므로 추가적인 피드백은 없습니다.
