AWS are enforcing a change in IAM Policies for ECS Tasks on 15th October. A fix has been released in AWS CDK version 2.162.0

We need to upgrade to version 2.162.0 to ensure we have this fix in time for the 15th October deadline from AWS or ECS tasks may start failing.
Clients will need to also upgrade the AWS CDK from 2.96.2 to 2.162.0. As the the AWS CDK version is not bumped by a major version number, I'm not bumping the major version of this library.
