This PR updates submodule pointers and cleans obsolete top-level Quantics files.\n\n- Update submodules (e.g., T4AITensorCompat to v0.7.0)\n- Remove obsolete docs/notebooks/legacy Quantics sources at the umbrella root\n\nPlease review and merge.
