TensorCrossInterpolation is not directly used in the codebase. The package uses T4ATensorCI (imported as TCI) instead, which handles the TensorCrossInterpolation dependency internally.
- Move T4AQuantics from [deps] to [extras] - Remove direct import of T4AQuantics from main module - Add T4AQuantics to test targets
- Remove unused T4APartitionedTT imports from main module - Move T4APartitionedTT from [deps] to [weakdeps] - Add T4APartitionedTT to extension dependencies - Add T4APartitionedTT to test dependencies
