This PR updates T4AAdaptivePatchedTCI.jl to be compatible with T4ATensorCI v0.12.

Changes

Updated Project.toml: T4ATensorCI version constraint from 0.10 to 0.12

Testing

Package precompiles successfully
All tests pass (112 tests passed)
