With this PR it's now possible to pass in an exe file to be executed by the emulator. The way this works is that ADF image will be created with the executable on it. Given the size of these files this is of course very fast and not something the user will really notice.
Right now there is very little in terms of error checking and later on we likely want to support an HD option for larger (AGA) demos.
