By the way, all PDF files are invalid. Files made with ps2pdf are invalid. Files made with pdf-jam are invalid. Files made with LibreOffice are invalid. Sample PDF files downloaded from the web and added to this repository are invalid. So to read the book, you have to download it and view it outside of github.
