This a tutorial for the RG model. I had to change the logic behind the transformation from spin to spatial orbitals but it's very minor change that ended up in a multiplication by 2.

@PaulWAyers can you please take a look at the RG notebook and if it looks ok @JannisErhard should have a clear example on how to match numbers from Paul Johnson's paper.

I'd change this sentence:
"This definition is given at a paper and can be used to validate the numerical results that were kindly provided by the author."
