Adds open-isms under Open Source Platforms.
It's an ISMS for the EU NIS 2 Directive rather than SOC 2. The 49 requirements from Directive 2022/2555 and Implementing Regulation 2024/2690, with GDPR, ISO 27001, the AI Act and the CRA mapped against them. Owner, deadline and sign-off per requirement.
NIS 2 shows up in a few entries already (Regulus, LLM ISO27001, the meok MCPs), but none of those is a NIS 2 platform on its own, so I don't think this is a duplicate.
