This PR implements a feature that enables requests originating from a trusted remote address (or a range of trusted remote addresses) such as requests via a trusted proxy or from a trusted VPN to be considered as "authenticated" without redirecting the request to an OAuth IDP. All other requests follow the normal authentication flow. The set of trusted IP addresses can be listed literally or can be given in CIDR notation (or a combination of both).
