implemented remaining function types with accompanying files from edk2-platforms/Features/Intel/SystemInformation/SmbiosFeaturePkg The package is universal and can be used for anly platform by modifying board-specific PCDs. Changes to SmbiosBasicDxe.inf, SmbiosBasicEntryPoint.c, SmbiosFeaturePkg.dec, and SmbiosFeaturePkg.dsc were done collectively by me (iatsbohdan) and ettorgri.
