The marketplace was named shapelang-local, but it is published from GitHub (/plugin marketplace add timbrinded/shapelang), not only used from a local checkout. This renames it to shapelang in both marketplace indexes and updates the install command.

• .claude-plugin/marketplace.json: name shapelang; description no longer says "Local".
• .agents/plugins/marketplace.json: name shapelang, display name "Shape". Its "source": "local" is Codex's schema for a repo-relative plugin path and is unchanged.
• README.md, learn/quickstart.md: /plugin install shapelang@shapelang.

Breaking change

The plugin id changes from shapelang@shapelang-local to shapelang@shapelang. Existing installs (Claude Code and Codex) must re-register the marketplace:

/plugin marketplace remove shapelang-local
/plugin marketplace add timbrinded/shapelang
/plugin install shapelang@shapelang

The next release notes should carry these steps.

Validation: claude plugin validate . passes. Format (changed files), lint, skills check, docs check, and the Shape gate and loosening check on the changed files pass locally. No governed path changes; the only Shape output is the existing stale-attestation warning for .github/workflows/release.yml already on master.
