A complete bioinformatics application written using the Silex, ExtJS 4.2, MariaDB and various Symfony2 services.
You MUST install composer Composer and then install the dependencies located in composer.json.

Download and install Composer:
curl -s http://getcomposer.org/installer | php -
Install your dependencies:
php composer.phar install
The Itaya River is located in Iquitos, Peru and is connected to the Amazon River. It contains an incredible floating city. I took a tour of this river on a small canoe and was blow away by the people living there and the way of life they chose to live.
