Summary

This release introduces the following broad improvements to %fund:

  • Break out %fund-watcher into a separate desk called %chain-watcher for better cross-Urbit access
  • Improve foreign desk handling in %fund to make agent access less error-prone
  • Move the default RPC endpoint service away from Alchemy to dramatically improve legacy project restore times
