There was wrong TON_API_LITESERVER_CONFIG variable in README.md which is confused. Should be replaced by TON_API_TONLIB_LITESERVER_CONFIG

  1. when u do this kind of changes, leave the previous option as obsolete, since this gonna be a breaking changes, somebody won't find out wtf happen
  2. changes in readme does nothing for actual config
