Improve the deployment script for shinyapps.io by setting the CRAN snapshot and adding necessary app files. Update the README.md for better package management guidance and include the R_CONFIG_ACTIVE environment variable for production. Simplify the deployment workflow by removing redundant options and update the favicon for enhanced branding.
