Compatible with Local v2.0.4

Now that version 2.0 of Local by Flywheel has been released, this addon needed to be updated so that it works with the new version. Dev tools addon is now working correctly with the most recent version of Local, version 2.0.4

Initial Release

Initial release of functional addon that adds chrome dev tools to Local by Flywheel. Also adds a reload() function that can be run in the javascript console in the dev tools to reload the application.
