The original link was supposed to go to a page of the wiki containing information about configuration options (which has seemingly disappeared) - your replacement instead goes to the web-configurator itself.

A proper wiki page detailing the various configuration options for the Scrobbler, and what each does, really needs to be put up again, which this should then link to.
