Initial release of AnnotatorJ with integrated OpSeF support.
Cross-platform. Already contains a basic ImageJ instance, no installation is needed.

How to use:

  1. Extract this archive to any empty folder on your computer.
  2. Run annotator_Project-0.0.1-SNAPSHOT.jar in this folder (for detailed instuctions see /annotatorj-opsef/README.md or /Documentation/AnnotatorJ_documentation.pdf)
