…(SEN-13763) Closes tscircuit#136 Implements the SparkFun Si7021 Humidity and Temperature Sensor Breakout. Components: - Si7021-A20 chip (DFN-6) — I2C humidity and temperature sensor - 2x 4.7kΩ I2C pullup resistors (R1/R2) - 100nF decoupling capacitor (C1) - 4-pin header: VCC, GND, SDA, SCL Based on official schematic: https://cdn.sparkfun.com/datasheets/Sensors/Weather/SparkFun_Si7021_Breakout.pdf
