This pull request introduces a new board definition for the SparkFun Pro Micro 5V/16MHz (DEV-12640), including documentation, component footprint, and an export for use in the codebase. The main changes add support for the MIC5219_3_3YM5_TR voltage regulator and set up the board for integration.
