@benjeffery -- what is the utility of 24.04 vs -latest? This repo relies on nothing other than valgrind coming from the system.

Github are changing latest to point to 24.04. Checking for breakage beforehand as otherwise the failures come in at inopertune times!

Thanks. I'm not sure why one of the actions isn't running. I'm guessing it is some auth token thing but I haven't had time to look into it.
