A sysadmin may not always be present (especially on lower level frames) #12 Roll 1d20+Frame#level to determine if there's an active admin there.

Frame#counter(): if !Frame#defender return 0 else  d20+ Frame#level + 3 //sysadmin roll

Defender workfow in case of a severe alarm:

  1. Trace intruder. It takes 10 turns and then requires a Computer Use opposed check. If the intruder leaves during that time, he's safe. If the trace is successful, the admin rolls against DC20 to get the authorities involved Getting arrested #14
  2. Try to cut off the intruder: roll opposed Computer Use checks Skills #5
  3. In case that fails, shut down the site.

After an intruder is determined to be on site in any way, roll a sysadmin check to increase the frame level by +1. A roll of 20 means all company frames will have their levels bumped.
