Modifies packages for compatibility with Jazzy.
Differences from Humble
view_modelnow loads the description, eliminating the requirement to have a physical robot/simulation runningview_robotis nowview_navigation, with an alternativeview_robotthat does not include NAV2/Slam/Localization plugins, and sets the default frame tobase_link
