GamR is an application made for gamers, by gamers. Upon launching the application the user is presented with a landing page that walks the user through how to use the application and all the features. A new user is able to register or login in the top right corner. Once the user is logged in they are able to navigate to the sidebar on the left which includes a Profile page and a Users page. Profile allows a user to view and edit their information, while visiting the Users page allows the logged in user to browse other GamR's profile's and connect with people with similar interests!
To use GamR, just navigate to our deployed link below (graciously hosted by Heroku) and click the link to start connecting with other GamR's. Once you click on the link, go to Register/Login in the top right corner and create your account. Once logged in go to Profile and update your profile. Once all that is complete you are READY to start your new gaming network!
A special thanks to a personal friend of ours Casey Gilliand who designed and came up with our GamR logo in the top left corner of our application. It gave us some inspiration right away when we began coming up with ideas for our application. All other images and game information come courtesy of the RAWG Video Games Database API.
