implementation. This avoids a conflict when building against NuWro due to the header nuwro/src/jednostki.h using the same symbol for the speed of light.
The code runs now with bogus data and the preliminary binning for the leading proton momentum and scattering cosine.
cross-section in momentum and scattering cosine for either the muon or the leading proton. Add preliminary bins for the muon measurement (the preliminary proton bins were already present).
configuration file format for the bin definitions that matches the one used by the original analysis code. Also update the signal definition based on the latest version of the 2D CC0piNp analysis.

mode strings when creating per-slice mode histogram names. The MicroBooNE_CC1MuNp_XSec_2025_nu class now reproduces chi^2 values from the publication. This was tested using the same NEUT input file that was used for the original paper.
