Letter Orientation

Doing #5 for a rotation of the target in world coordinates (see #6) should give us a range of letter classifications. The strongest direction classification is the cardinal orientation of the letter.

So the highest classification score for letter detection is the letter, and the orientation (N, NE, E, SE, S... ) of that strongest direction is the orientation of the letter.
