About

Welcome to the Bash/Python Bootcamp!

This bootcamp is meant to prepare participants for the "Practical AI/ML for Computational Biology and Chemistry" Workshop to be held at the University of Delaware from June 13-17. The bootcamp covers Bash and Python skills and topics critical to understanding and performing modern data analysis.

Data used in this bootcamp is from the Squirrel Census. Specifically, we will use the 2018 count from New York City, NY. The data is freely available from NYC OpenData.
