Welcome to the Bash/Python Bootcamp!
This bootcamp is meant to prepare participants for the "Practical AI/ML for Computational Biology and Chemistry" Workshop to be held at the University of Delaware from June 13-17. The bootcamp covers Bash and Python skills and topics critical to understanding and performing modern data analysis.

The bootcamp is hosted by the UD Chemistry-Biology Interface Program and Center for Bioinformatics and Computational Biology. This bootcamp is offered free of charge with support from the NIH National Institute for General Medical Sciences (T32GM133395-03S1).
Data used in this bootcamp is from the Squirrel Census. Specifically, we will use the 2018 count from New York City, NY. The data is freely available from NYC OpenData.
