The README star history chart currently renders through star-history.com, which has stopped working because of GitHub stargazer API restrictions, so the chart no longer appears for readers. Switch the chart image and its link to star-history.dera.page, a maintained alternative that reads stargazer data without an API token.

The star history chart in the README is currently broken because the chart service it pointed to stopped working under GitHub stargazer API restrictions. This replaces the chart and its link with star-history.dera.page, a working alternative that requires no API token. The repository owner is unchanged, so no link 404s were introduced.
