Created an endpoint that will allow users to get all their tasks, or get only their tasks that have a certain name, reward, description, etc. Also wrote more tests for task creation, retrieval, and isolation and ensured that the tests for task retrieval pass.
This feature is in a decent state at this point in development, but is probably vulnerable due to a lack of isolation (see #103 for more details). As always, any other bugs post-approval should be reported as an issue.
Closes #98.
