Began work on backend, including a simple
GETandPOSTrequest for tasks. Some of the additional tests that failed should be required but I left them as additional so that @anthisse can have a chance at working on these endpoints as well.This PR is also testing whether GitHub Actions correctly distinguishes
buildandbuild-addtlso that passing only the tests inbuildis good enough for the PR to be acceptable.
