Code for paper "Probabilistic Factorial Experimental Design for Combinatorial Interventions"
This repository contains three files. AllSimulations contains code for generating the six graphs included in the paper. ActiveSimulationGPU and PassiveSimulationGPU contain GPU-optimized code for the simulations for the active and passive settings, respectively.
