+In order to ensure appropriate use of shared drives in ECCS Cloud Email, the following rules have been established regarding users' access authorization.

+- At least one user must have "Manager" access authorization.
+- When a Manager leaves UTokyo, please designate another ECCS Cloud Email user as the new Manager in advance.
+- Do not grant "Manager" access authorization to users outside of ECCS Cloud Email.
