Once we merge the Florida Tableau stuff, I think we'll be able to get the county hospital information. @sglyon, hold off on reviewing this -- I'm reviewing FL stuff now. |

The hospital data is a tableau dashboard. Once we figure out how to extract the data from tableau, we can finish this scraper
