[Explorer]: fix object view page (MystenLabs#13256)

## Description 

- Currently the `ObjectFieldsCard` always renders invalid values for
`package` due to `enabled` being false and the spinner runs endlessly

Parsing by data.type will give correct value for
`sui_getNormalizedMoveStruct` query
