Add glightbox functionality to allow zooming of the photos

Summary

Adds lightbox ability to the website.

If the user clicks on the photo it shows a lightbox with the ability for the user to use arrows on the edge of the screen to change between photos.

To test yourself, just mkdocs --serve, then click on a image in the East Sale TCU for example to get a zoomed in version of the photo. Click on the arrows on the edges or swipe on a mobile device to swap between

Also don't forget to run pip install -r requirements.txt to update to having glightbox installed.
