Summary

Added missing Internal TCU Coordination Rules, as well as some AV APP fixes

Changes

Fixes:

  • Fixed Melbourne TCU airspace diagrams
  • Adjusted wording of AV ADC Offline clearance example

Additions:

  • Added Avalon Approach Side Profile diagram to Melbourne TCU page
  • Added missing Internal TCU Coordination Rules for:
    • Brisbane TCU
    • Cairns TCU
    • Melbourne TCU
    • Tasmania TCU
