Changes

• WON moves from YWE (now MUN) to HUO group
• KAT moves from YWE (now MUN) to BIK (now GUN) group
• SNO and WOL split off from ELW (now BLA) and BIK (now GUN) groups respectively, to form their own new sector group (primary WOL)
• CB TCU responsibility transferred from BLA to WOL
• HYD becomes primary sector of PIY group
• MUN becomes primary sector of YWE group
• GUN becomes primary sector of BIK group
• BLA becomes primary sector of ELW group
• SAS becomes primary sector of SY TCU group
  • SDS becomes primary departures sector
