Changes in detail:

Added the following countries/regions: Bhutan (VQ), British Indian Ocean Territory (FJ), Equatorial Guinea (FG), Kosovo (BK), Palestine (LV), Sao Tome and Principe (FP), Turks and Caicos Islands (MB), Wallis and Futuna (NL).

Amended the definition for Brazil with the following prefix: SJ.

Amended the definition for Canada with the following prefixes: CJ, CK, CL, CN, CP, CS.

Amended the definition for Russia with the following prefixes: XK, XM.

Amended the definition for the US with the following prefix: PC.

Updated ICAO code for Rampart, AK - now PFMP (see here: https://www.airnav.com/airport/PFMP).

Removed helipads M666 and M820 (no documentation, invalid ICAO code).

Revised list of helipads and/or heliports, starting with the letter Q - I left only these who have a confirmed ICAO as can be seen here: https://www.aurora.nats.co.uk/htmlAIP/Publications/2021-10-07-AIRAC/html/index-en-GB.html, GEN 2.4 "location indicators".

Removed airports Z10T and Z10W (no documentation, invalid ICAO code).
