Hi there 👋

I am hydrogeologist, currently doing my phd in UniKassel on reactive transport modelling and linking hydrogeology to reactive transport models. I have a Masters in Groundwater and Global Change from the GroudWatch program, I am passionate about open-source. I am currently using Python for my research, and playing a bit with Julia I have some work experience with modelling, water sample collection and analysis and pumping tests, among other activities.

Check my pinned repos to check some of what I have been doing with open source solutions. I am currently programming in Python R and Julia if you need some help with your open-source solution in groundwater, geology, numerical modelling, let me know.

  • 🔭 I’m currently working on Reactive Transport Modelling, Groundwater Modelling, Groundwater Recharge models, geological modelling
  • 🌱 I’m currently learning more about numerical modelling, ODE Solvers, GPU computing, Finite Volume, Finite Differences and Finite Elements, and underlying mathemathics (Linear Algebra).
  • 👯 I’m looking to collaborate on open source projects in groundwater modelling, groundwater hydrology, and others.
  • 🤔 I’m looking for help with my geological and hydrogeological integration framework (gis+ gelogical data + geophysics integration -> modflow models)
  • 📫 How to reach me: Send me a message here!
