Findings from an independent fresh-context audit of the week's changes:
0.4.0— stale through two releases. Now 0.5.1.pr; corrected to digest-only-by-default, PR-on-opt-in (matches PR fix: no-policy default autonomy → digest-only #37's behavior).370/370 tests; bundles rebuilt.
