First release

This release contains 11 plugins and one pipeline.
The source code archives contain the JSON interface description files for using Pline GUIs on top of installed command-line programs.
plugins_osx.zip and plugins_linux.zip archives contain the plugins with embedded binaries (for assembling standalone Pline applications).
